Our ColorWorks printers come with a 1-year limited warranty with Return for Repair. Within the first year of product purchase, you may buy a 1-year Epson Preferred Plus Spare-in-the-Air Extended Service Plan to upgrade the standard limited warranty. You may purchase up to four additional plans following the purchase of your first plan for a total of 5 extended (SITA) service plans, giving you up to 5 years of total coverage.
With single and multi-year plan options, your customers will benefit from prioritized continuous service coverage for up to 5 years. Prices are locked in for the long-term, and plans can be purchased anytime that you are covered under the Epson limited warranty or Epson extended service plan. This allows you to better manage your revenue stream and costs.
