Discontinued - AlbaChem 4032 Con-ER Stencil Removing Concentrate

CON-ER is a highly concentrated emulsion remover that can be mixed up to 30:1 with water. Great for dip tanks as it mixes easy and will not separate. CON-ER has excellent wetting properties no VOC's is drain safe and biodegradable.

Directions for use: After all ink and tape have been removed, wet screen and apply mixed Con-ER with a soft bristle brush, scrub pad, or rag to both sides of the screen. Once emulsion has softened, flush with high pressure rinse starting at the bottom of the with a side to side motion working upwards toward the top. Repeat rinse on other side of the screen. For dip tanks, mix with water to desired strength, and place ink free screen in the tank. Wait 5-20 minutes depending on strength of solution, then flush with high pressure water as described above.
