1S/2P Ink & Stencil Remover ink and emulsion in one step. 1S/2P can be used directly on the screen or in a dip tank. Solvent ink and acidic emulsion removers are generally incompatible which is why most 2 in 1 products have a very limited shelf life. Alba-Chem 1S/2P comes in two parts that are mixed together when ready to be used. This maintains the strength and extends the effectiveness of the product. 1S/2P saves time, money, and reduces chemical inventory in the shop.

Directions for use: In a Dip Tank: Mix equal parts of A & B with appropriate amount of water depending on the size of your dip tank and desired strength of product. 1S/2P can be mixed up to 7:1 with water but it is most effective when mixed 5:1 so 1 Box (5 gallons) can fill a 30 gallon dip tank. Scrape off excess in from the screens and drop in tank. Let soak for 5-20 minutes. Remove screens and flush with high pressure water. If residual stains remain, follow up with HGR or Haze Free haze removers. Flush with water and let dry. In a Wash Out Booth: Mix equal parts of A and B in a spray bottle or bucket. Scrape off excess ink and brush into both sides of the screen. Let stand a few minutes and flush with high pressure water. If residual stains remain, follow up with HGR or Haze Free haze removers. Flush with water and let dry
