When to use

• Light cleaning (about once a week or when mildly blocked): Move the print head to the left, open the side plate, view through the bottom reflector, then wipe the head gently with a clean cloth or swab moistened with cleaning fluid (avoid the cutting blade).

• Deep cleaning (when severely clogged): Move the head to the processing area, drip fluid onto the ink pad, move the head back to the ink stack to soak for about 30 minutes, then drain the pad using ink-extraction mode before printing a test strip.

• Ink-stack area wipe (weekly or when residue appears): Wipe the ink scraper and remove any pigment buildup around the ink pads using a cloth or swab dipped in cleaning fluid.
