A DTF printer usually needs a row of other machines behind it: a shaker, an oven, a cutter and the extraction to vent it all. As an all-in-one DTF printer, the Vega S17 prints, powders, cures, cuts and stacks inside one enclosed machine. Nobody scoops powder, nobody sets an oven, and there is no ducting to run through the building.
It is built for shops that press what they print. Gang your jobs onto sheets that fit the press you already own, and stop paying for roll width and floor space you never use.
Key Features
- Run the line without standing at it. The printing and finishing sections keep pace with each other, and finished sheets land in a stacker that holds up to 100, so one person can start a job and go run the press. Take the stacker off and the run goes to the end of the roll.
- Nobody on your team handles powder. TPU adhesive powder feeds from a sealed cartridge onto each sheet and the excess is caught inside the machine, so no one scoops or handles it by hand.
- The same cure no matter who is on shift. An enclosed heater bed with independently controlled zones runs a preset cure the operator never sets, so there is no oven setting to get wrong.
- Sheets come off cut to length. An inline cutter trims each sheet to the length you set for the job, so nobody cuts sheets off the roll by hand before they go to the press.
- Put it where you have room, not where the ducting goes. DTF Station builds it like office equipment: fully enclosed and quiet, with filtration that captures fumes and fine powder inside, and no external ventilation to install.
- Gets through the door and fits one footprint. The print section sits on top of the finishing section, the machine passes a standard doorway, and film loads and leaves on the same side, so a second unit can stand right beside the first.
- A quiet week does not cost you a printhead. The industrial Ricoh heads run on sealed Color Prime Chroma ink cartridges, and while the machine sits idle it circulates the white ink, cleans the heads on schedule and seals them in a wet cap.
- One screen, and support that can see the machine. A single touchscreen runs both sections and tracks what maintenance is due. Error codes report to DTF Station support, and remote diagnostics and automatic software updates come over the machine's cloud connection.

- Leave it powered on: DTF Station designs the Vega S17 to stay powered, because that is when it circulates the white ink, cleans the heads on schedule and wet caps them after six hours idle.
- Shutting down for two weeks or more: flush the ink and charge the system with storage fluid first.
