The STS Inks XPD-924D is a professional 24" Direct-to-Film printer built for stable, high-volume production. With a heavy-duty aluminum rail system, two staggered printheads, automatic alignment features, white ink circulation, and automated cleaning and maintenance, the XPD-924D is designed to deliver consistent DTF transfers while keeping production moving.
Its 24.5" maximum printable width provides room for larger designs and production runs, while the built-in media tracking and feeding systems simplify everyday operation. The XPD-924D also includes the Mutoh Status Monitor software for print history, job cost analysis, and remote access.

Printing Modes & Speeds
XPD-924D offers four printing modes for different production and quality requirements:
- High Speed: 900 × 600 dpi, 3-pass — up to 188 sq ft/hr
- Production: 600 × 1200 dpi, 4-pass — up to 145 sq ft/hr
- Enhanced Quality: 900 × 1200 dpi, 6-pass — up to 96 sq ft/hr
- High Quality: 1200 × 1200 dpi, 8-pass — up to 72 sq ft/hr
Note: The 3-pass 188 sq ft/hr mode is intended for high-output production rather than maximum image quality. For jobs where image quality is the priority, the higher-pass modes provide increased resolution and detail. The 4-pass mode delivers up to 145 sq ft/hr, while the 6-pass and 8-pass modes provide progressively higher print quality.
